Day 299 of 365

I can’t believe I am almost at Day 300. I have found that writing every single day about our little homestead and the amazing animals I get to live with is really good for me. It keeps me focused on the good things, and I have a tendency to worry too much. This little journey into blogging has helped me remember, every night, how fortunate I am. I am thankful I started doing this.
I took this picture of Ron’s woodpile yesterday while we were shoveling snow. I thought it was so beautiful. I wanted to share it on the blog.
I am also thankful to those of you who follow me in this journey. Everyone is so kind, and I love that people love Ruby stories. She had a tough day today, but she’s okay. She just doesn’t have many places to go in the snow. We get creative with places she can go to be away from the flock, but the garage and the camper can get a little boring. I think both Ruby and I will be thankful when spring comes.
Ron does a professional stacking job…. that woodpile is gorgeous!
I cannot wait for spring. I agree with you and Ruby, I can’t wait for spring…..so grateful that it is March. 😁👏
